Job Description

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to work closely with clients to successfully deploy and integrate our Human Resource Management Software (HRMS). This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, client interaction, and a strong understanding of HR processes to ensure smooth product adoption and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions for new and existing clients.
Work directly with client teams to understand their HR workflows and configure the system accordingly.
Assist clients with system setup including attendance, leave management, payroll, reporting, and other HR modules.
Support product integration with client systems through APIs, data migration, and configuration support.
Conduct client onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and user training.
Identify implementation challenges, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal technical teams when required.
Maintain clear project documentation, implementation timelines, and client communication records.
Ensure successful product adoption and provide post-implementation guidance when necessary.

Required skills & qualifications:

Basic to intermediate technical knowledge (software systems, web applications, system configuration, and troubleshooting).
Basic understanding of HR processes such as attendance, leave management, and payroll.
Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
Experience working in software implementation, technical support, or customer onboarding is preferred.
