Job Description

We are looking for an Implementation Engineer to work closely with clients to successfully deploy and integrate our Human Resource Management Software (HRMS). This role requires a combination of technical knowledge, client interaction, and a strong understanding of HR processes to ensure smooth product adoption and long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end implementation of HRMS solutions for new and existing clients.
  • Work directly with client teams to understand their HR workflows and configure the system accordingly.
  • Assist clients with system setup including attendance, leave management, payroll, reporting, and other HR modules.
  • Support product integration with client systems through APIs, data migration, and configuration support.
  • Conduct client onboarding sessions, product walkthroughs, and user training.
  • Identify implementation challenges, perform basic troubleshooting, and coordinate with internal technical teams when required.
  • Maintain clear project documentation, implementation timelines, and client communication records.
  • Ensure successful product adoption and provide post-implementation guidance when necessary.

Required skills & qualifications:

  • Basic to intermediate technical knowledge (software systems, web applications, system configuration, and troubleshooting).
  • Basic understanding of HR processes such as attendance, leave management, and payroll.
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze client requirements and translate them into system configurations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Experience working in software implementation, technical support, or customer onboarding is preferred.

Nice to have:

  • Experience with HRMS, ERP, or SaaS-based software implementation
  • Basic understanding of databases, APIs, or system integrations ( not mandatory)
  • Experience in client-facing project implementation roles
