Role Overview
DV Group is seeking a proactive and execution-focused HR professional to support the expanding retail operations of Metro Market. The role involves hands-on responsibility across recruitment, training, performance management, and labor law compliance, working closely with store and business heads.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding for retail staff (store-level and HO roles)
• Plan, coordinate, and execute Training & Development programs for frontline and supervisory staff
• Develop, implement, and monitor KRA & KPI frameworks for retail employees
• Handle performance appraisal cycles, employee evaluations, and feedback processes
• Ensure full compliance with Nepal Labor Act and internal HR policies
• Maintain accurate HR MIS, employee records, attendance, and training documentation
• Address employee engagement, grievance handling, and disciplinary procedures
• Coordinate with business and store heads for manpower planning and workforce optimization
Candidate Profile
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration
• 2–3 years of relevant HR experience (retail industry exposure preferred)
• Strong working knowledge of Nepal Labor Laws and HR compliance
• Excellent communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced retail environment
