The Human Resource Executive, reporting to the HR Manager, will be responsible for managing key HR operations and supporting HR initiatives across the organization. The role requires an experienced HR professional capable of independently handling assigned HR functions while ensuring smooth coordination with internal teams in a fast-paced IT environment.
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions
- Prepare and publish job vacancy announcements
- Screen candidates and coordinate interview processes
- Maintain recruitment records and hiring reports
2. HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
- Manage onboarding, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit processes
- Maintain employee records, HRMIS, and documentation
- Prepare and issue HR letters and internal communications
3. Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support
- Oversee attendance and leave management
- Coordinate payroll-related data with Finance
- Respond to employee queries related to HR operations
4. Performance & Training Coordination
- Coordinate performance appraisal cycles and documentation
- Support training programs and maintain training records
5. Employee Engagement & Coordination
- Act as a point of contact for employee HR-related matters
- Support employee engagement activities and internal communications
6. HR Reporting & Process Support
- Prepare HR reports for management review
- Support HR process improvements and standardization
- Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of HR data
Job Specification
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field
- Specialization in Human Resource Management
Experience
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in HR operations
- IT industry experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR functions
- General knowledge of workplace policies and practices
- Proficiency in MS Office and HR systems
- Strong documentation and reporting skills
