Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site internship role located in Budhanilkantha with the Human Resources department. As an HR Intern, you will assist in various HR-related tasks, such as supporting HR management in daily operations, drafting and implementing HR policies, helping with employee benefits administration, and managing personnel records. Additionally, you will provide administrative support, assist in recruitment processes, and gain hands-on experience in HR processes within a dynamic luxury hospitality environment.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge or experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Understanding of HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration
  • Basic knowledge of Personnel Management principles and practices
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting
  • Proficiency with office software and HR systems would be an asset
  • Pursuing or completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
