Role Description

This full-time Staffing Sales Representative role is an on-site position based in Kathmandu. Responsibilities include identifying and building relationships with potential clients, creating tailored manpower solutions, and effectively communicating with employers and candidates. The Staffing Sales Representative will oversee the recruitment process to ensure it aligns with the needs of both clients and candidates while maintaining compliance with ethical recruitment standards.

Qualifications

Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
Knowledge of the recruitment industry, especially in the GCC region
Proficiency in planning and executing recruitment strategies to meet client needs
Organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in a team and meet performance targets
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, HR, Marketing, or a related field
Fluency in English and Nepali; additional language skills such as Arabic or Hindi are a plus
Familiarity with labor laws and regulations in Nepal and the GCC region is an advantage
