Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Car Rental Manager based in Kathmandu. The Car Rental Manager will oversee daily operations of rental services, ensuring smooth coordination and excellent customer service. Responsibilities include managing reservations, supervising staff, maintaining fleet schedules, addressing customer inquiries, and ensuring vehicles are well-maintained. The role also involves monitoring industry trends, improving rental experiences, and fostering relationships with local partners and clients.

Qualifications

Experience in Car Rental services, including managing vehicle inventory and ensuring customer satisfaction
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Communication to effectively build and maintain client relationships
Proven expertise in Operations Management and coordination of schedules, teams, and logistics
Proficiency in problem-solving, time management, and multitasking in a dynamic environment
Familiarity with the travel and tourism industry in Nepal is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
Fluency in English and Nepali; other language skills are a plus
Ability to work and lead effectively in an on-site setting
