Position Overview

Title: Aftersales FOC Executive (4-Wheeler)

Department: Aftersales Service

Job Summary:

Responsible for managing and controlling FOC (Free of Cost) parts and service activities in 4-wheeler aftersales to ensure customer satisfaction, policy compliance, and cost control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and monitor FOC cases including warranty, goodwill, and service campaigns
  • Evaluate customer complaints and recommend FOC support as per company guidelines
  • Coordinate with service advisors, workshop, parts, and OEM for FOC approvals
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of all FOC parts and labor claims
  • Ensure timely submission and closure of FOC and warranty claims
  • Analyze FOC trends to minimize repeat issues and control unnecessary costs
  • Support customer retention by resolving critical cases through justified FOC actions


Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Management or an automotive-related field
  • Basic understanding of 4-wheeler aftersales operations
  • Knowledge of warranty, goodwill, and service processes
  • Good coordination, documentation, and communication skills
  • Ability to balance customer satisfaction and cost control
