Job Summary

The Catering Manager is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing catering events while ensuring excellent food quality, service standards, and customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with clients, kitchen teams, service staff, and vendors to deliver successful events within budget and timelines.

Responsibilities:

Plan, coordinate, and execute catering events to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
Communicate with clients to understand their requirements, prepare quotations, and finalize event details.
Supervise catering staff and ensure high standards of food service, presentation, and hygiene.
Coordinate with kitchen teams and vendors for timely food preparation and resource availability.
Manage event schedules, staff deployment, and on-site operations during functions.
Monitor budgets, control costs, and ensure events are delivered within approved expenses.
Ensure compliance with food safety, health, and safety regulations at all catering events.
Handle client feedback and resolve issues promptly to maintain service quality.
Support sales efforts by promoting catering services and maintaining strong client relationships.
