Role DescriptionWe are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu. The Restaurant Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily restaurant operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining the highest standards of service.
This role involves managing food and beverage service, supervising staff hiring and training, addressing operational and guest concerns effectively, and fostering a positive, performance-driven team culture. The ideal candidate will lead by example and contribute to operational excellence across all service areas.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proven experience in team management, including hiring and training staff
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Sound knowledge of Food & Beverage operations, service standards, and best practices
- Strong leadership, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
- Prior experience in restaurant or hospitality management is preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or a related field is an advantage
