Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Waiter/Waitress located in Boudha, Kathmandu. Responsibilities include taking and serving food and beverage orders, providing excellent customer service, maintaining cleanliness and organization in the dining area, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times. The role also involves working collaboratively with the kitchen and service teams to deliver a seamless dining experience for guests.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Customer Service and Communication to ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any concerns gracefully.
Experience with Food & Beverage and Food Service, including knowledge of menu items and safe serving practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment.
Willingness to adapt to flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Previous experience in the hospitality or food service industry is an advantage.
