Job Summary

Dynamic Sales Executive plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of School One product – an all-in-one school management solution. The primary focus will be on identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with educational institutions of all sizes. You will engage with decision-makers such as School Administrators, Principals, and IT Directors to showcase how School One can revolutionize their operations.

In this role, there will be an opportunity to work closely with the talented development team and business experts to tailor solutions that meet the unique needs of each school. This role will be instrumental in positioning the company as the go-to provider for modern school management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Actively prospect new clients through calls, emails, and social media, building a robust sales pipeline.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the school management product and effectively communicate its features and benefits to potential clients.
  • Conduct product demos and presentations, showing how SchoolOne can solve the specific needs of schools.
  • Build strong relationships with school administrators, educational leaders, and other stakeholders.
  • Collaborate closely with the technical and sales teams to tailor solutions to each school’s unique challenges.
  • Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions.
  • Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.

Requirements

  • A strong interest in educational technology and a passion for helping schools enhance their operations.
  • Fresher having passions for sales or 2 plus years of sales experience in software, technology, or education-related fields is preferred, but motivated freshers with a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with school administrators and decision-makers.
  • Self-driven, highly motivated with a desire to exceed targets and grow within the role.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple clients at once.
  • Previous experience in a B2B sales environment is an advantage.
