Job Description
Position: Business Development officer

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing Sales and marketing activities as per company plan
  • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
  • Visiting ongoing projects, local bodies, potential customers, existing customers and analyzing their needs and suggesting best products according to their project
  • Developing successful marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.
  • Understanding psychological aspects of prospective clients.
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
  • Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
  • Prepare and submit proposals for ERP products
  • Giving demonstrations of product to prospective clients
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
  • Up-to-date with business trends
  • Drafting and reviewing contract
  • Meeting targets assigned by management
  • Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
  • Executing marketing policies set by management
  • Working closely with management and reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
  • Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
  • Payment Collections

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

  • Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
  • Determines annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
  • Should have strong analytical skill and interpersonal skill
  • Should be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint etc)
  • Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
  • Should be able to work on deadlines and bring result on time
  • Conflict resolution
  • The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
  • Experience working to and exceeding targets
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent convincing skills
  • Ability to lead high level meetings
  • Ability to lead a team

Education Level

  • Should be BBS, BBA, BIM
  • Experience Required
  • Min. 2-3 years ,( Bike & License mandatory)
  • Bike and license is mandatory for business team
