Job Description
Position: Business Development officerResponsibilities
- Planning and executing Sales and marketing activities as per company plan
- Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers
- Visiting ongoing projects, local bodies, potential customers, existing customers and analyzing their needs and suggesting best products according to their project
- Developing successful marketing and sales strategies to increase market share.
- Understanding psychological aspects of prospective clients.
- Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
- Providing insight into product development and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and submit proposals for ERP products
- Giving demonstrations of product to prospective clients
- Negotiating with stakeholders
- Up-to-date with business trends
- Drafting and reviewing contract
- Meeting targets assigned by management
- Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes to ensure that company products meet current market needs.
- Executing marketing policies set by management
- Working closely with management and reporting on successes and areas needing improvement
- Analyzing competitors' products to determine product features, benefits, shortfalls, and market success.
- Payment Collections
- Analyzing customer feedback data to determine whether customers are satisfied with company products and services recruiting, training, and guiding business development staff.
- Determines annual and gross profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions.
- Should have strong analytical skill and interpersonal skill
- Should be proficient in computer skills (Email, Internet, Ms. Word, Ms. Excel, Ms. PowerPoint etc)
- Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy.
- Should be able to work on deadlines and bring result on time
