Job Duties and Responsibilities
● Performing high volume supplier reconciliations on weekly, 20th and monthly cycle
● Manage business risk through effective supplier reconciliation management
● Ensure outstanding invoices are followed up with suppliers
● Set up new vendors accounts while following all internal processes strictly
● Ensure expense claims are checked, queries followed up and processed in a timely manner
● Developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers
● Run payment runs for the OMG Group as well as providing backup for other team members
● Preferably have experience in foreign currency transacting
● Invoice matching against purchase order and data entry using GL codes
You will be/have:
● A Great team player and fluent in English
● Ability to pick up new systems and processes
● Ability to keep up with a high volume of Reconciliations, in a fast-paced work environment, while consistently meeting deadlines
● Excellent time management Skills
● Confident in using Excel
● High accuracy and superb attention to detail
● Strong relationship building skills and an ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the business.
