Account and Operation - In Charge

We are a reputed Cargo and Courier Company (Export/Import) based in Shanti Nagar Gate, Kathmandu, providing reliable domestic and international cargo and courier services. We are looking for a motivated and responsible Assistant In-Charge of Account and Operation to assist in both financial and operational functions within our growing organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support day-to-day accounting and operational activities of the company
• Maintain financial records, ledgers, and client accounts accurately
• Prepare and file VAT, TDS, and other tax-related documents on time
• Handle billing, invoicing, and bank reconciliations
• Assist in preparing financial statements, reports, and audits
• Coordinate with the operations team for cargo dispatch, delivery schedules, and documentation
• Monitor operational costs and support budget preparation
• Ensure proper record-keeping of shipments, invoices, and receipts
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal departments
• Visit clients or operational sites as required (two-wheeler license mandatory)

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic proficiency in accounting software (Tally, MS Excel, etc.)
• Good understanding of VAT/TDS and general accounting principles
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
• Must possess a valid Two-Wheeler License
• Honest, detail-oriented, and proactive in taking responsibility
