Job Description
We are looking for a detail-orientated and reliable accountant to manage financial records, ensure compliance with regulations, and support the organisation's financial operations. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience with accounting software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and journals
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations
- Ensure accurate and timely tax filings (VAT, TDS, income tax).
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting
- Support internal and external audits
- Monitor expenses and ensure cost control
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and regulations
- Prepare and present financial reports to management
Job Specification
Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
