About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance/HR Admin Intern to join our team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in finance, human resources, and administrative operations within a dynamic organizational environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Finance Support
- Assist in maintaining financial records, invoices, and expense reports.
- Support in data entry, reconciliations, and preparation of financial documents.
- Assist in budget tracking and reporting.
- Coordinate with vendors for billing and payment-related queries.
HR & Administrative Support
- Assist with employee onboarding and maintaining HR records.
- Support recruitment activities (scheduling interviews, screening resumes, etc.).
- Help in organizing employee engagement activities and training sessions.
- Maintain attendance, leave records, and HR databases.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, HR, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of financial and HR principles.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
