The Role

The Deputy Manager Finance R2R will play a crucial role in overseeing the Record to Report (R2R) process within the finance department. This position involves managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and leading a team of finance professionals.

Oversee the R2R process and ensure timely financial reporting.
Manage month-end close activities and financial reconciliations.
Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulations.
Lead and mentor a team of finance staff.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.

Team Structure: You will report directly to the Finance Manager and work closely with other finance team members.

Ideal Profile

The ideal candidate will possess a combination of technical and soft skills necessary for success in this role.

Accounting or Finance degree.
Experience in financial reporting and analysis.
Knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems.
Strong analytical skills.
