Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Branch Manager/In-Charge at CG Communications Ltd., based in Pokhara. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage branch staff, and ensure seamless implementation of company policies and strategies. The role includes maintaining service standards, optimizing business performance, achieving sales targets, and fostering customer satisfaction. The manager will collaborate with regional and central teams, address operational challenges, and provide leadership to drive branch success.

Qualifications

Leadership and team management skills, including supervising and motivating branch staff.
Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and operational management capabilities.
Proficiency in sales and target achievement, as well as customer relationship management.
Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance monitoring for operational improvements.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment and adapt to dynamic challenges.
Familiarity with the communications and technology industry is advantageous.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
