Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dhangadhi for the position of Captain at Siddhartha Business Group of Hospitality. The Captain will oversee daily operations and ensure excellent service delivery at the establishment. Responsibilities include supervising and coordinating team members, managing schedules, addressing guest needs, ensuring high service standards, and assisting with inventory management. The Captain will also act as a role model, fostering teamwork and a positive work environment.

Qualifications

Proficient in team coordination, leadership, and conflict resolution
Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
Capable of prioritizing tasks, managing schedules, and handling multitasking responsibilities effectively
Experience in hospitality or customer service roles
Knowledge of restaurant or hotel operations and standards
Flexible and adaptable according to dynamic work demands
A diploma or degree in Hotel Management or a related field is preferred
