Located in Babarmahal, Kathmandu with the 50 keys, 3 food and beverage outlets, 4 different sized meeting halls and has its own gym ,spa and swimming pool.

We are looking for a dedicated, passionate hospitality professional to join our team as a Food and Beverage Associate.

Major Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests with professionalism and warmth.
Take and deliver food & beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
Ensure collection and recording receipt of appropriate payment
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
Ensure high standards of hygiene, safety, and service.
Work closely with the team to provide memorable guest experiences.
Assist team to banquets events and special occasions.
Respond to guest feedback and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
