Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Housekeeping Trainee at Soaltee Westend Resort Chitwan, located in Kathmandu. The Housekeeping Trainee will assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces. Daily tasks include cleaning, laundry operations, and adhering to the resort’s standards of service and hygiene. The trainee will also engage in customer service, addressing guest needs and ensuring a positive guest experience, while receiving training to develop skills for future responsibilities.

Qualifications

Basic knowledge in Laundry and Housekeeping tasks
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance skills and knowledge in hospitality
Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and diligently
Previous experience in a hospitality-related field or similar role is a plus, but not mandatory
