Role Description
This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Housekeeping Associate based in Kanyam. The Housekeeping Associate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of guest areas and rooms, performing laundry tasks, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring compliance with company cleaning and safety standards. The associate will also assist in staff training and collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in Laundry and related cleaning tasks
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Strong Organization Skills and attention to detail
- Experience in Training and mentoring team members
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
- Flexibility to adapt to a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in hospitality or housekeeping roles is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
