Role Overview

We are looking for an Education Counselor – Australia to guide students planning to pursue higher education in Australia. This role focuses on ethical counseling, accurate admissions and visa guidance, and achieving student conversion targets while maintaining long-term trust and relationships.

You will manage the complete student journey — from initial counseling to application submission and visa support.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct one-on-one counseling sessions for Australia study programs

• Guide students on universities, courses, admissions, and visa processes

• Assist with shortlisting institutions based on student profiles

• Manage end-to-end applications including documentation and SOP review

• Follow up with students to ensure timely submissions

• Achieve assigned enrollment and conversion targets

• Maintain lead, application, and follow-up records in CRM systems

• Provide guidance on tuition fees, living costs, and budgeting

• Support students with visa documentation awareness

• Build long-term student relationships and referrals
