Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Admissions Counselor based in Kathmandu. The Admissions Counselor will provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process. Responsibilities include conducting consultations, addressing inquiries, understanding the academic needs and goals of students, assisting with university applications, and ensuring a high level of customer service. Counselors will also collaborate with team members and maintain detailed records of student interactions and progress.

Qualifications

Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills to effectively connect with students and stakeholders
Excellent Customer Service abilities to understand and address student concerns and inquiries
Competence in Sales to encourage students and promote educational opportunities
A solid understanding of the Education industry, including knowledge of academic options and admissions processes
Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as Education, Counseling, or a related discipline
Fluency in English and Nepali is highly desirable
Prior experience in admissions or academic counseling is an advantage
