Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kathmandu for an Area Sales Manager. The selected candidate will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the designated region, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting revenue targets, and managing a team of sales representatives. Responsibilities include maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, conducting market analysis, identifying business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Experience in team management, leadership, and team development
  • Proficiency in market analysis, strategic planning, and developing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with the food or FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
  • Fluency in written and spoken English and Nepali
