Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Manager role located in Kathmandu. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include managing and mentoring the sales team, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, analyzing market trends and sales performance data, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves preparing sales forecasts, collaborating with other departments, and ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.


Qualifications

  • Mandatory prior work experience in the hospitality industry (hotel/resort/hospitality services)
  • Proven expertise in sales strategy, business development, and sales forecasting
  • Strong skills in client relationship management, customer retention, and negotiation
  • Demonstrated leadership, team management, and coaching abilities
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in CRM systems and sales analytics tools
  • Target-driven, able to meet deadlines, and perform in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field; relevant certifications are an added advantage
