Job Description

1. Sales Strategy, Planning & Achievement:

  • Develop and implement regional sales plans in alignment with the company's
  • overall business objectives.
  • Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify
  • business opportunities.
  • Ensure outstanding balance within limits.

2. Sales Performance Management:

  • Achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the assigned region.
  • Monitor sales performance, provide regular forecasts, and ensure timely
  • reporting.
  • Ensure the mandatory use of the software (SFM) and maintain all sales
  • reports within the system.

3. Team Management:

  • Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to drive high performance.
  • Train and manage sales representatives.

4. Customer Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.

5. Market Expansion:

  • Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.

6. Operational Efficiency:

  • Monitor expenses to ensure they align with budget requirements.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical practices.

7. Product Knowledge and Promotion:

  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed.

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the above.


Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.

Skills Experience:

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing sales team.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., FMCG, retail, or manufacturing).
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and a results-driven approach.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving ability
  • Territory knowledge and market understanding
