Job Description
1. Sales Strategy, Planning & Achievement:
- Develop and implement regional sales plans in alignment with the company's
- overall business objectives.
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify
- business opportunities.
- Ensure outstanding balance within limits.
2. Sales Performance Management:
- Achieve sales targets and profitability goals for the assigned region.
- Monitor sales performance, provide regular forecasts, and ensure timely
- reporting.
- Ensure the mandatory use of the software (SFM) and maintain all sales
- reports within the system.
3. Team Management:
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to drive high performance.
- Train and manage sales representatives.
4. Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Resolve customer issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction levels.
5. Market Expansion:
- Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company's footprint.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities.
6. Operational Efficiency:
- Monitor expenses to ensure they align with budget requirements.
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical practices.
7. Product Knowledge and Promotion:
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products/services and effectively communicate their value proposition to customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations as needed.

Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor/Master’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
Skills Experience:
- 8+ years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets and managing sales team.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Preferred Skills:
- Industry-specific knowledge (e.g., FMCG, retail, or manufacturing).
