Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Counselor at Royal Educational Foundation Pvt. Ltd., located in Kathmandu. The Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance to students interested in studying abroad in Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the UK. Daily tasks include counseling prospective students, assessing their eligibility, providing information on available educational institutions and courses, assisting with the application process, and maintaining accurate records of consultations. The Counselor will also liaise with educational institutions and collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and counseling skills
- Ability to provide tailored advice on academic programs, visa regulations, and career opportunities
- Proficiency in maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Familiarity with the education systems of Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or the UK is advantageous
- Capability to work collaboratively in a team setting and independently
- Experience in an educational counseling role is preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant digital tools
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Education, Counseling, or any related discipline is desirable
