Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Nepal for an Early Childhood Educator. Responsibilities include planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, promoting the emotional, social, and intellectual growth of children, and fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment. Additional tasks involve monitoring children's progress, engaging parents in their child’s development, and maintaining an organized classroom setting.
Qualifications
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and the ability to build positive relationships with children and colleagues
- Knowledge of Early Childhood Development
- Creativity Skills to design engaging and innovative activities for children
- Experience and enthusiasm for Working With Children in educational and developmental settings
- Organization Skills to manage lesson plans, resources, and daily routines effectively
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for child development
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in Early Childhood Education
