Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Kathmandu for the position of UK Australia Country Head. The UK Australia Country Head will oversee operations, establish strategic goals, and drive business development initiatives. Responsibilities include managing country-wide educational consulting services, building relationships with educational institutions, developing marketing strategies to expand reach, leading and mentoring a high-performing team, and ensuring compliance with local regulations. The role will also focus on identifying opportunities for growth and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve organizational objectives.
Qualifications
- Leadership and management capabilities, including team leadership and strategic thinking skills
- Extensive knowledge of the UK and Australian education systems and admission processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients and key stakeholders
- Proficiency in business development, planning, and execution of marketing strategies
- Problem-solving abilities, decision-making skills, and adaptability in a dynamic work environment
- Previous experience in an education consultancy or a similar field is preferred
- A bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field
- salary: NPR 50,000-80,000 per month (Based on experience and performance)
