Job Title: Human Resources OfficerLocation: Lazimpat, Kathmandu
Job Summary

The Human Resources Officer is responsible for supporting the organization’s HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, and compliance with labor laws. This role plays a key part in ensuring a positive work environment, effective HR processes, and alignment between employees and organizational goals. The position may require travel to other company properties when necessary.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding

·       Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files accurately

·       Support performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback systems, and documentation

·       Handle employee relations matters such as grievances, disciplinary procedures, and conflict resolution

·       Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices

·       Coordinate training and development programs to support employee growth and organizational needs

·       Assist in payroll coordination, leave management, attendance tracking, and benefits administration

·       Support HR audits, reporting, and preparation of HR-related documents and letters

·       Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives

·       Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and concerns

·       Travel to other company properties as required to support HR operations and initiatives

Qualifications and Skills

·       Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

·       Proven experience in an HR role is preferred

·       Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR practices

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism

·       Strong organizational and time-management skills

·       Proficiency in MS Office and HR information systems

·       Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

 Experience

·       2-3 years of relevant HR experience
