Job Description
- Help create and execute category strategy, promotions, and business plans
- Manage key sellers and brands by building strong relationships
- Negotiate promotions, marketing budgets, and ensure enough stock is available
- Plan and run campaigns and loyalty programs based on category strategy
- Work closely with internal teams (such as Campaigns, Marketing, and Operations) to deliver projects successfully
- Share ideas and insights on how to grow key accounts and increase sales
- Encourage sellers to use Daraz solutions and advertising tools
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
- At least 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce or with brands
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze trends and provide insights
- Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are required) and good PowerPoint skills
- Comfortable presenting to clients in face-to-face meetings
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
- Team player who contributes positively to team performance and culture
