Job Description
  • Help create and execute category strategy, promotions, and business plans
  • Manage key sellers and brands by building strong relationships
  • Negotiate promotions, marketing budgets, and ensure enough stock is available
  • Plan and run campaigns and loyalty programs based on category strategy
  • Work closely with internal teams (such as Campaigns, Marketing, and Operations) to deliver projects successfully
  • Share ideas and insights on how to grow key accounts and increase sales
  • Encourage sellers to use Daraz solutions and advertising tools

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, or a related field
  • At least 1+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in e-commerce or with brands
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze trends and provide insights
  • Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP are required) and good PowerPoint skills
  • Comfortable presenting to clients in face-to-face meetings
  • Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication skills, well-organized, detail-oriented, and self-driven
  • Team player who contributes positively to team performance and culture
