Job Description

Panchakanya Bathware, an emerging and expanding division of Panchakanya Group, is seeking a high-performing Senior Sales Officers to drive aggressive market expansion and strengthen our dealer network across the Kathmandu and Eastern Regions.

We are seeking two dynamic professionals â€” one based in Kathmandu and one for the Eastern Region to drive market development and strengthen our dealer network in their respective territories. We are looking for someone who takes ownership, moves with urgency, and delivers measurable results in a competitive sales landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve assigned targets
Identify and onboard new dealers, retailers, and project clients
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing channel partners
Conduct regular market visits, competitor analysis, and reporting
Ensure effective product positioning and visibility in the market
Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Monitor collection and ensure timely payment follow-ups

Requirements

Bachelorâ€™s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field is a must. Masters degree is preferred.
Minimum 4–6 years of experience in core sales (preferably in sanitaryware, bathware, hardware or construction materials)
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Ability to take initiative and work independently
Good knowledge of regional market dynamics
Valid two-wheeler license (preferred)
