Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Pokhara for a Marketing Officer at Uddheshya Group. The Marketing Officer will conduct market research, design and execute marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms, and enhance the company’s digital presence. Responsibilities also include building and maintaining strong communication channels with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and supporting overall business development initiatives.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Market Research and Marketing to develop effective strategies
Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Communication to engage with the target audience
Experience in Sales to drive business growth and manage client relationships
Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Strong analytical capabilities to assess market trends and make data-driven decisions
Relevant bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Prior experience in marketing or related roles is an advantage
