Job Description
  1. Job Purpose: The Area Sales Manager is responsible for executing within key on- and off-premise accounts by growing sales and market share through product distribution, display execution and promotion within their assigned area. This position will concentrate on a key area and focus solely on the Sales & Marketing of the Company Product.



  1. Key Responsibility Area (KRA):
  • Support and monitor the Sales team with process improvement, measurement, tracking, and analytics relevant to their functional areas
  • Partner with the Sales and Marketing department to refine the lead qualification process, analyze and report on campaign performance with reporting and dashboards
  • Partnering with Sales to create and maintain sales forecasting models and data
  • Collaborates with the marketing team on products, Sales Opportunities, and sales materials to ensure they are current and focused for the applicable presentation, conference, or opportunity.
  • Assist with the Sales and Marketing Scheme. Coordinate for Inventory Management: Freeze, Beer Kegs, Sales-related
  • Sales & Collection. Analyzing & coordinating for Aging Report (Collection Accounts Receivable / Overdue Invoices
  • Establish & Implement Strategic Programs for sales and marketing.
  • Analyze Sales MIS & report areas of concern to higher up, highlight gaps & improve for Sales.
  • Primary role will be on Institutional sales. Strong knowledge of sales and pricing.

  • Increase in Market share by acquiring new Customers via B2B Business
  • Optimizing the cost of operation & Budgetary Guidelines
  • Maximize the Resource
  • Marketing & Branding Support
  • Competitors Information to Management

  • Other duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

 

3. Report: Daily, weekly & monthly sales call calendar

 

4. Qualification: Bachelor’s / Master Degree in Business or Marketing preferred

 

5. Experience:  10+ years of Sales & Marketing experience required (Previous Sales Experience in the alcohol beverage industry is preferred.)

 

6. Required Competencies:

  • In depth knowledge of state and Liquor Act of Nepal
  • Should have complete territory knowledge.
  • Should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Should have Strong organization, time mgmt., team management experience.
  • Excellent Sales Skills, Analytical Skills, Communication & Presentation Skills
  • Self-motivated and ability to work with limited amount of direction; ability to work both independently and within a team to accomplish goals.
  • Must have a valid driving License.
