Role Overview
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to own and scale our digital marketing strategy across channels. This role blends strategy, execution, and leadership—you’ll drive growth, optimize performance, and ensure our digital presence delivers measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business goals
- Own the digital marketing roadmap, budgets, and performance targets
- Identify growth opportunities across channels and customer touchpoints
Channel Management
- Lead paid media efforts (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, etc.)
- Oversee SEO, content marketing, and website optimization
- Manage email marketing, marketing automation, and CRM integrations
- Guide organic and paid social media strategy
Analytics & Performance
- Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance and ROI
- Use data insights to continuously optimize conversion rates and CAC
- Own dashboards, KPIs, and attribution models
Team & Collaboration
- Lead, mentor, and develop digital marketing team members
- Collaborate closely with Product, Sales, Design, and Engineering teams
- Manage agencies, freelancers, and external vendors
Innovation & Optimization
- Stay current with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices
- Test new platforms, formats, and growth experiments
- Drive marketing automation and personalization initiatives
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong hands-on experience with paid media, SEO, and performance marketing
- Proven track record of driving growth and measurable results
- Deep understanding of analytics tools (Google Analytics, GA4, Looker, etc.)
- Experience managing budgets and agencies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
