Panchakanya DMEX, a growing division of Panchakanya Group, is seeking motivated and target-driven Sales Officers to strengthen our market presence in Chitwan, Nepalgunj, and Kathmandu (one position in each region).
We are looking for individuals who are proactive, confident in the field, and capable of driving sales growth through strong market engagement and relationship management.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly and annual sales targets
- Develop and expand dealer/retailer networks within the assigned territory
- Conduct regular market visits and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain strong relationships with channel partners and key clients
- Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence reports
- Ensure proper order management and timely collection follow-ups
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operations and customer satisfaction
- Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing, or related field is a must.
- Minimum 2–4 years of sales experience (preferably in construction materials, hardware, pipes, sanitaryware, FMCG, or related industries)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet targets
- Good knowledge of local market dynamics
- Valid two-wheeler license preferred
