Role Description


This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Sales Marketing Executive. In this role, you will develop and implement marketing plans, perform market research, and engage in effective communication to identify client needs. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to promote the company's cybersecurity solutions and achieve sales targets. This position will offer the opportunity to manage accounts, enhance brand visibility, and maintain relationships with clients.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the end-to-end B2B sales cycle
  • Sell cybersecurity services
  • Identify and engage CTOs, CISOs, Founders, IT Heads, and Decision Makers
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Work closely with technical teams to create custom proposals
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
  • Represent the company in meetings, events, and industry engagements
  • Contribute to sales strategy, pricing discussions, and market positioning



Qualifications


  • Minimum 3+ years of proven B2B sales experience
  • Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and create effective strategies.
  • Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with clients and deliver persuasive messages.
  • Experience in both Sales and Marketing to manage end-to-end campaign processes and drive revenue growth.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site working environment.
  • Additional qualifications in business development or a background in the cybersecurity industry would be advantageous.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, IT or a related field is preferred.
