Job Description
Job Responsibilities- Lead and manage the entire sales team to achieve business and revenue targets
- Drive sales across Modern Trade, General Trade, and HORECA channels
- Explore and develop new sales channels to expand market reach and business growth
- Handle key corporate accounts, modern trade chains, and HORECA customers
- Strengthen distributor networks and improve market penetration
- Plan and execute promotions, trade schemes, and new product launches
- Analyze market trends, sales data, and competitor activities
- Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, supply chain, and finance
- 3–5 years of experience in FMCG – Food sector
- Mandatory corporate sales experience
- Strong exposure to Modern Trade, General Trade, and HORECA
- Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team
- Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
