Job Description
Role Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify potential customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
  • Communicate daily with clients regarding their needs and concerns.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and stakeholders.
  • Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
  • Assist in the development of new products based on customer feedback.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing feedback to management.
  • Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff when necessary.
  • Manage and optimize territory management and customer visits.
  • Analyze competitors and formulate strategies to stay ahead in the market.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to analyze market data to make informed decisions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
  • Fluency in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
  • Familiarity with local market conditions and customer preferences.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
