Job Description
Role Responsibilities- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Identify potential customers and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities and market trends.
- Communicate daily with clients regarding their needs and concerns.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients and stakeholders.
- Deliver product presentations and demonstrations to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on promotional initiatives.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market conditions.
- Assist in the development of new products based on customer feedback.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing issues and providing feedback to management.
- Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote products.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff when necessary.
- Manage and optimize territory management and customer visits.
- Analyze competitors and formulate strategies to stay ahead in the market.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Ability to analyze market data to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM software is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Fluency in English and Nepali; additional languages are a plus.
- Familiarity with local market conditions and customer preferences.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
