About Us:

At The Next Education Consultancy, we support students throughout their journey to study abroad. Our Australia Application Department is expanding, and we’re looking for an Admissions Officer who can efficiently manage the application processes for students applying to Australian institutions.

Role Overview:

As an Admissions Officer – Australia, you will be responsible for managing and processing student applications. Your role will involve verifying submitted documents, coordinating with educational institutions in Australia, and ensuring that applications are processed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide students through the application process for Australian universities and colleges

• Prepare and submit applications to educational institutions

• Coordinate with the documentation team to ensure all materials are complete and up-to-date

• Communicate with institutions to follow up on application status

• Provide regular updates and counseling to students regarding their application progress

• Stay informed about updates in the Australian education system and visa guidelines

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

• At least 1–2 years of experience in education consultancy or a similar role

• Strong understanding of the Australian university admission process

• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
