Job Description

Job Overview: As a ERP- Functional Associate/Trainee, you will learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central/NAV and Agile’s localized modules. You will support clients in resolving functional issues, assist end-users in effectively using the ERP system, and act as a key communication link between clients and developers. Additionally, you will support tax-related documentation for software approval and assist senior consultants in business requirement documentation and ERP configuration.

Responsibilities:

Learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and NAV and its modules and Agile’s localized modules.
Provide Microsoft Dynamics 365 BC/NAV support to the clients and liaise with the developers and clients- act as a point of communication.
Resolve functional issues and configure general ledger, account receivables, account payable, fixed asset setup, and cash/bank setup in ERP system.
Support end-users to successfully use ERP system and conduct basic user training.
Provide support & submitting tax related documents for software approval process.
Provide consultancy support for accountancy, Taxation and other cross-related issues of IT and business.
Give assistance to the senior functional consultant while documenting the business requirements and configuring ERP to meet the customer's end.
Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specifications:

Have an industry recognized Accountancy qualification [Semi Qualified CA/ACCA)/ Bachelor or Master’s in commerce (BBS/BBA/MBS/MBA)]
1-2 years of Articleship or proven experience in a similar role (Audit or Accounts) is an advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and project requirements.
Fresh graduates with a good understanding of accounting are encouraged to apply.

Good to have:

Familiarity with enterprise applications like ERP, Tally and Audit Software.
Experience of delivering financial management solutions or equivalent consultancy roles in business software implementation are preferable.
