Job Description

Hypeyeti Marketing Pvt. Ltd. is actively seeking a dedicated and experienced Client Service Manager to lead client communication, manage relationships, and serve as a strategic link between clients and internal teams. We are looking for a professional with a strategic mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong, long-term client partnerships.


Job Type: On-Site 

Salary: Starting from NRs. 30,000/- (No limit for deserving candidates)

Office Location: Ekantakuna, Lalitpur 

Work Hours: 10 AM to 6 PM (Monday to Friday) 


Minimum Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role within a marketing agency.
  • Hands-on experience managing ATL (TV, radio, print), BTL (events, activations), and TTL (integrated) campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Strong understanding of digital and traditional marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) and website development concepts (hosting, domains, CMS, etc.).
  • Problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
  • Ability to coordinate and conduct client-related shoots, including managing logistics and creative direction.


Roles and Responsibilities: 

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their needs are understood and met on time.
  • Lead and manage ATL, BTL, and TTL campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Work closely with the Operations Manager, Marketing Strategist, and Creative Team to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, agreements, and campaign reports.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Anticipate client needs, resolve issues proactively, and contribute to overall client satisfaction.
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and ensuring a seamless client experience from start to finish.
  • Monitor performance metrics and suggest improvements for long-term campaign success.
