Key responsibilities:
- Develop annual and monthly strategic plan
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and new revenue streams, including emerging markets and industries.
- Visiting potential clients for meetings to establish long-term business
- Planning & overseeing new marketing opportunities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management, ensuring revenue growth and profitability.
-Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely invoicing and payment collection
- Creatively bundle ad inventory/slots to meet the client's requirement.
- Collect and analyze client feedback to enhance our ads & services to meet client expectations
- Keep track of the organization's annual events for proactive outreach & ensure ad placements.
Qualification :
- Proven experience in the field of sales & marketing for 2 years
- Master's in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Knowledge of the media landscape and audience engagement strategies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Must have own two-wheeler with valid licensee
