Job Description
Roadhouse Group is seeking a results-driven Social Media Ad Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across all major social platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for increasing brand awareness, driving traffic, and boosting conversions for our diverse portfolio of restaurants, cafes, and hospitality ventures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage paid ad strategies for Facebook, Instagram, and other relevant platforms
- Execute A/B testing, audience targeting, and ad optimization to maximize ROI
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance and insights
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce compelling ad visuals and copy
- Stay updated on digital trends and platform algorithm changes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in paid social media advertising (especially Meta Ads Manager)
- Strong understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.)
- Basic graphic or video editing skills are a plus
- Creative thinker with analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
