Job Description
Position Overview:
We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing/Sponsorship Strategist to lead and execute monetization and visibility strategies for our online platforms. This role is not just about traditional digital marketing - it focuses heavily on acquiring sponsorships, optimizing banner and video ad placements, and presenting actionable analytics. The ideal candidate will combine creativity, analytical ability, and digital sales expertise to generate revenue opportunities and expand our digital footprint.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to attract advertisers and sponsors for website banner space, video placements, and content blocks
- Build and maintain relationships with potential sponsors, agencies, and brand partners.
- Identify monetizable assets across our website and video content; pitch compelling ad packages to brands.
- Strategically manage website banner ads and ensure placement is optimized for user engagement and revenue generation.
- Collaborate with the design team to create ad-friendly layouts and media assets.
- Oversee sponsored content and branded integration into site and video formats.
- Analyze performance metrics of the website, video content, and social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Prepare and present regular reports highlighting user behavior, ad engagement, and sponsorship ROI.
- Use data insights to inform future sponsorship strategies and platform improvements.
- Support growth and engagement across social platforms with a focus on strategic content that appeals to advertisers and partners.
- Ensure social media reflects brand tone and remains aligned with marketing goals.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to maintain a content and sponsorship
- calendar.
- Manage a digital asset library (product shots, ad materials, etc.) and support the execution of
- digital sales campaigns.
- Stay updated on industry trends, digital advertising innovations, and competitor strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any related discipline
- Proven experience in digital marketing, sponsorship sales, or online advertising
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret web and social media data into actionable strategies.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and other relevant platforms.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Creative thinker with a strong sense of commercial opportunity.
