Role Description

As Operations Manager, you will oversee daily operations, lead a dedicated counselling team, and manage the full UK university admissions process. This is a strategic position, ideal for someone who brings 5–7 years of hands-on experience in UK higher education counselling or student recruitment, and who thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Qualifications

Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
Experience in resource management and operational optimization
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in project management and problem-solving
Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Experience in the education sector is a plus

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage overall operations, including team supervision, performance monitoring, and workflow optimization.
Ensure successful delivery of UK university admissions services.
Ensure regulatory compliance with UKVI and institutional guidelines.
Prepare regular performance and operations reports for senior management.
Represent iEducation at education fairs, partner events, and client meetings.
