Job Description

1.SVIP management

* VIP User Management and data analysis:

Enhance VIP user satisfaction and engagement.

Develop and implement strategies to improve VIP retention and conversion.

Analyze user data to formulate effective operational strategies.

Conduct user research to provide insights and improve engagement and retention.

Plan and execute user online / offline events, including designing, coordination, and evaluation.Organize at least three major events each quarter.

*User Needs Management:

Conduct monthly user surveys to understand needs and behaviors.

Propose improvements to enhance user experience and product features.

2.Host &Agents management

Responsibility:

*Collaborate with business partners/recruiters and broadcasters/hosts to improve the quality of live streaming and elevate broadcasters’ streaming performance;

*Discover, introduce and train potential recruiters and high-quality hosts; increase the overall number of official broadcasters as well as content quality;

*Support operation through overall activity planning and online/offline activities;

*Help content operations and regulate the broadcasting content community.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree and above is preferred;

2. Familiar with mainstream social media platforms / apps;

3. Proficiency in operating office software such as word and excel;

4. Excellent team work spirit, good communication and presentation skills;

5. Patience, responsible, strong ability to execute the policy and resist compression;

6. Excellent English strongly preferred.

* Data Skills:

Strong data analysis skills, with experience using Excel and SQL.

Data-driven decision-making experience.
