Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pokhara for a Career Counselor. The Career Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students, helping them explore and identify career options and educational opportunities. Daily tasks include conducting one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing career development workshops, assisting with career management strategies, and providing resources and support for student counseling. The Career Counselor will also engage in communication with students, parents, and educational institutions to provide comprehensive guidance.
Qualifications

- Skills in Career Counseling, Student Counseling, and Career Development
- Expertise in Career Management and Career Development strategies
- Strong Communication skills both written and verbal
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the education or career counseling industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, Counseling, or related field
