Job Description
At Spoken English Nepal, we help individuals become confident and fluent English speakers through structured training, consistent practice, and community support. We’re on a mission to empower thousands of learners to speak English without fear, and we’re looking for passionate trainers to be part of this journey.
Key Responsibilities
1. Conduct Live Classes
- Teach 5 live interactive classes per day, 5 days a week (1-hour sessions)
- Engage students with activities, real-life conversations, and speaking exercises
2. Provide Assignments & Feedback
- Share daily speaking or grammar tasks
- Review and provide personalized feedback within 2 hours of task submission
3. Track Student Progress
- Monitor learner improvement through weekly check-ins
- Motivate and guide students to achieve fluency goals
- Maintain attendance and performance records in a Google Sheet
4. Create Engaging Content
- Share tips, speaking challenges, or learner stories for Instagram, YouTube, and Telegram
- Create short videos, reels, or posts that inspire and educate learners
5. Community Engagement
- Encourage a positive, respectful, and supportive learning environment
- Answer doubts and support students inside the community groups
6. Contribute to Program Growth
- Suggest new teaching techniques, activities, or strategies to improve learning outcomes
- Help build a strong reputation for Spoken English Nepal through student success
Job Specification
Requirements:
- Excellent command of spoken and written English
- Passion for teaching and helping others grow
- Prior experience in teaching English (preferred but not mandatory)
- Strong communication, patience, and motivational skills
- Comfortable with Zoom/Google Meet and basic digital tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive)
